We were offered a big size room with an air con unit, everything was good. The hotel was in the very central setting close to beach and restaurants.

The hotel is well-equipped with very friendly staff. the rooms are a nice size and immaculate, with a great view. - Good service and the food is fab. - Great to have an in-house restaurant on the premises.

Wonderful, tidy, reasonably large hotel, the location is particularly good and unbeatable in Quiet area. The staff is excellent and affable and the food is outstanding. The services are good, including a very clean pool. Moreover, there's a private parking under ground. There is an in-house restaurant on site.

The staff were friendly, the outdoor swimming pool was great and the spa which had an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a turkish bath and a jacuzzi was great value at €15 for all services for 3 hours

On the facilities list it says shuttle bus for clients, when we arrived in the airport the service was not available and when I rang them they said it was too late in the evening, we then had to get a taxi which cost €86, the shuttle bus costs €26 per person when available, also you are better off arranging trips and tours in the shops in Praia da Rocha as it is cheaper

Tremendous hotel with a magnificent location and great view over the sea. A wide range of options, fabulous food. - Alcoholic drinks at Irish bar, good service. - Free internet, parking underground. - Location close to Faro and Portimao as well as the Property-Clube Praia Mar. - Nearby Humberto's Restaurante - great place to chill out.

The rooms are quite large, which enables that friends gather in one room.

The apartment was well situated and larg, didn't cost much for the stay

The apartment stank of cigarette smoke, the sofa was filthy and very shabby, no kettle.

A real good stay for my last 6 holidays. Everything was fine, including very amiable staff. - Ideal location in a quiet area. - Location a short walk to a big supermarket as well as all the bars and restaurants. - They have an in-house restaurant on the premises.

Pleasant hotel friendly staff close to beach and other attractions lots of parking onsite or close by the hotel provides lots of inhouse facilities even a laundry room but out of season many are unavailable but still a nice stay

Maybe alittle more light in corridors ajoining apartments. A list of extra things available at reception when you arrive eg kettle!! A wall fixture for the showerhead needs adding bit of a struggle maybe for some people not 100% fit

Some cleaning details (the kitchen counter and the fridge weren't in mint condition and there were some grease spill in the toaster)

The staff at Clube Praia Mar Apartamentos Turisticos is accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. the location of the property is excellent and incredible, being close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the main center of Portimao.

Quiet, relaxing place with friendly service. The apartment is spacious, and pleasant. We had a great time there.

It was very nice apartament with large terace and wonderful view to the sea. The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. I highly recomend this hotel for stay.

The location was incredible, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the room was big and had a sofa, providing a comfortable night's sleep. - It was an amazing base for my holiday.

We got a sea view apt which was spectacular. Was only 10 min walk to main strip and beach

Some of Reception staff were not that friendly. Some were really nice though.
